To initiate a return: Contact our Customer Service team at support@modaccents.com or call us at 855.306.5479 to obtain a return authorization number. Returns without authorization will be refused, and no credit will be issued.
Custom-made or built-to-order items are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once placed.
If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, we’ll make it right. For issues involving a replaceable part (such as a damaged bulb, shade, or hardware component), we will ship a replacement part at no cost rather than arranging a full return. If the product is damaged in a way that cannot be resolved with a replacement part, or if you received the wrong item entirely, we will cover the return shipping and handle the replacement or refund promptly. Note: Slight color variations due to individual screen settings do not qualify as defects.
